Essex box office opens 1 hour prior to doors on show days. You can purchase tickets for that night’s show and any other scheduled show on sale.

There is no need to purchase an accessible ticket at Essex. When you arrive, notify one one of our event security personnel and they will happily bring you a chair and find you a place to enjoy the show.

All shows are all ages, unless specified. Please read the information for the specific show you want to attend on that show's ticketing page. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Most shows are general admission standing-room, unless explicitly listed otherwise.

For concessions during the show, we accept credit cards and cash. For in-person ticket purchases we accept cards only.

Essex uses Humantix exclusively for ticket sales. Essex can not verify authenticity of tickets from any third party vendor. With any concerns or changes, always contact your original point of purchase.

Service animals are allowed. We do not allow pets.

Canceled:
Credit card purchases through external ticketing platforms or the Essex box office will be automatically refunded. Please allow 30 days for a refund to hit your account.
Postponed:
Your tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, contact your point of purchase.

No weapons of any kind are allowed at Essex.
No outside food or beverages are allowed at Essex.
Pets are not allowed.
Large bags (bigger than a purse) are not allowed.

Guests of Essex will be screened at entry. Alternative accommodations for screening will be made for those who need it. Guests who refuse screening will be denied entry.
